My approach is trauma-informed and heart-centred — blending depth with softness, structure with flow.

A Calming Experience, Tailored to You
Before your appointment, I’ll send you a short consultation form to fill out so I can get a sense of your needs and preferences.
When you arrive we will take a moment to chat through how you’re feeling and what your desired outcome of the treatment would be so we can focus our intention for the session.
I use locally made massage wax with both scented and unscented options, natural linen materials and eco-friendly laundry liquid- small thoughtful touches to keep your treatment kind to you and the planet.

A flowing massage to bring you home to your body – to your feminine. A space to reconnect you to your inner rhythm, inviting balance, release and grounding for your nervous system. Nurturing the body and the mind through intuitive touch. Leave feeling grounded and reconnected.
The Masculine Reset
60 minutes | £70
A grounding massage giving the masculine permission to rest and restore. Designed to bring balance between the strength and softness. Offering a moment of stillness and intentional care away from the hustle of the day to day. Leave feeling seen, and softened.
All treatments are available as mobile sessions across Lewes, Uckfield, Hailsham, Eastbourne & Brighton.
A Brighton studio day will also be available soon for those who prefer to visit.
